To partially offset the massive costs related to gun violence in our country, we propose a fifty percent (50%) Fire Arms Tax (FAT) on all guns, ammunition and fire arm related items sold in this country.
The funds are to be distributed between local law enforcement agencies and emergency medical facilities.
