Introduce a national sales tax on guns and ammo, make it a federal mandate to submit for full background checks on all sales to include the fee to process background checks with no exceptions, and publish a "No Buy" list Similar to the "No Fly" list of individuals who are not allowed to own firearms. Use the revenue for Mental Health and/or subsidize school security as proposed by the NRA.
