we have a problem in america when it comes to guns and crimes. first let me say that gangbangers nor did any mentally ill person shoot Rep Gifford or those children in the schools and movie theaters. It was average aged white people who turned those legally bought weapons on their own fellow man. here a a few solutions to the problem:
1. place a freeze on the manufacturing of any new guns for the public use other that our military and police;
2.Mandate all background checks on people purchasing guns and have them bring proof to the gun dealer they have no mental illness from a licensed doctor;
3.Have any new wepons fitted with hand print ID so tha only the owner can fire the wepon; and
4.Have the NRA pay for these measures, if they want to keep the 2nd amend intact.
