4 things we can to curb easy access to fire arms by the mentally ill

Whoever wants to purchase a gun (any gun):
1. Must be willing to pay for and undergo a full psychological and psychiatric evaluation along will everyone residing in the home, excluding children under the age of 12.

2. Must be willing to pay for and undergo a full background check to include finger printing going back to 10 years for everyone residing in the home, excluding children under the age of 12.

3. If the gun owner is going to teach a minor under the age of 12 to shoot, the minor will have undergo the process described in rules 1 and 2.

4. If anyone plans on residing in your home for more than 30 days, rules 1 and 2 applies, except if the person is under 12.
