Everyone is tired of these mass shootings. The constant message of fear has created a fearful society. In order to help everyone feel safer and put an end to these senseless killings. Every citizen should be required to register and train with a government provided weapon. Using a portion of peoples tax returns to purchase the weapons at a government discount and provide adequate training. A small catalog could be provided so people can choose their weapons and maybe even customize them. Instead of gun control it should be gun distribution.
