Guns don't kill people, people with guns kill people. More means of evaluating mental stability need to be applied.

While it is abundantly clear that some of the recent events in this Country's history are being canonized, nobody seems to be doing anything productive about preventing these atrocities from happening again. While everyone is arguing over whether or not it is unconstitutional to declare assault rifles or semi-automatic weapons unlawful, we still have not done anything worthwhile to cease the distribution of firearms to people of low mental capacity. People who sustain prejudice, fail a basic social and psychological exam, and have no moral regard for human decency should NOT be allowed weapons. The Elastic Clause is in the Constitution for a reason. The Founding Fathers used muskets that took 10 minutes to reload, not the kinds of weapons we have today. We need a better system immediately.
