It is time to effectively address MENTAL HEALTH and CRIMINALITY. Do so and save schoolchildren and others' lives. Enact a ban and you have a replay of the ineffective 1994-2004 ban. My friends and I will not accept knee-jerk feelgood busywork gestures in place of effective action concerning MENTAL HEALTH and CRIMINALITY.
