The right to carry & protect. It is a proven fact that guns protect 98% of the time, it is less that 2% that don't. Mr. President other countries have instituted gun control & failed, creating a high criminal activity across the board.
I agree we must try to control mass shooting, but also reserve the rights to carry (CHL). even in institution of learning (schools: private, public). When Guns are carried by majority of the trained people (CHL) there will be less criminal activity.
