Technology field has numerous jobs yet less number of opportunities for citizens and greencard holders due to the lack of so called "techincal skills" In American companies there are more H1 Visa consulants than citizens and greencard holders, let's change the dynamic of it and make our country technological advanced with a home grown talent. I propose term limits for H1 employment visas where they have to leave after 5 years of employment with no extensionsand have to wait for 1 year to reapply for h1 visa. By proposing this measure we can create technical jobs at home rather than importing talent from other countries by passing some kind of bill we can jump start our economy.
