Petition to provide EAD to all legal immigrants and H1B I-140 approved without compelling reasons is most important matter in United States, because without EAD, immigrants are not treated equally neither they have privilege to grow in their career nor they have better opportunities in job, indirectly employers are promoted to treat immigrants as slave, as employer know immigrants cannot leave company, due to strict immigration policies. United States present being fair to all people but misleading policies ruins hopes of immigrants even though we contribute equally to United States, pay equal amount of taxes, social security, unemployment insurance etc, but immigrants are not benefited single penny as they have to leave this country once visa is not renewal due to duration completion.
