US has to allow H1b candidate to get visa stamping in USA, instead of going back to own country.
This will save lots of time to both US Consulate & H1b candidate. Also less chances for fraud visa.
According to new procedure, H1b candidate has to wait for 3-5 days to get them passport back from the US consulate in them own or foreign country.
