There are plenty of companies that circulate fake resumes and are more prone to receiving H1 (now H4 visas as they beg to get their spouses hired; sorry but it's the ground reality). If they are qualified that's fine as we are an Equal opportunity nation, but many come on fake resumes; you've just opened a Pandora's box without any regulations on it. You are not helping the USA but undermining people that earned the right to work here legitimately and the citizens that deserve work here. They are forced to fake resumes now. Even if they did there's no guarantee because they are competing against H1 visa holders who's spouses will treat this as a secondary income and lowball the cost of work.
Sorry Mr. President, this was the most disastrous decision you've made.
