I very respectfully ask that the flag of our Nation be flown at half staff for the sacrifices of our law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in Dallas, TX on 07 July 2018. I very respectfully request that this apply to all Federal and State offices, military quarters, and ships at sea and in port.
