Halloween goes dark. Combining Halloween and setting the clocks back on the last Saturday of October every year.

Created by D.M. on November 25, 2015

To make it safer for families and easier for municipalities to schedule Halloween and to make it easier to remember the date when clocks move forward, declare that Halloween and Daylight savings time change occurs on the last Saturday of October. An additional benefit is the extra hour of sleep for Halloween partygoers.
