We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Halloween should be the last Saturday of October regardless of the date.

Created by S.P. on September 04, 2016

Halloween is a holiday highly commercialized here in America. MANY scheduling conflicts with school and work make it hard to enjoy this time with our children, which common day is who the holiday is for. Millions of adults also enjoy adult-centric parties as well. Therefore just like Thanksgiving is on a certain day of the week and not a specific date, Halloween should be no different. The People should have to ability to make this change if enough of you feel the same way. This change would go into effect starting in 2017.
