Halt the Africa Initiative and use the funds to help solve hunger and power here at home.

We the people for call for Congress and the Legislative Branch to halt the Africa Initiative pledged by President Obama. We as a country, united, need to use the funds pledged in foreign policy to help combat child hunger, poverty, and other domestic issue here on the home front before we go running off to help another country. How can we become a shinning example of what the American dream used to be when the people of our own country have to face lack of power and starvation. We call for the Africa Initiative to be rescinded with an issuance of a formal apology to Africa stating; "We cannot hope to care for others when we cannot even care for our own people." Lets bring our taxpayers money back to the country and upgrade our infrastructure and solve poverty and hunger in our own nation.
