The City of Cleveland in an act of official insanity has filed a court claim against the family of Tamir Rice seeking money to cover the costs of the police execution of their son.

As head of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government we call on President Obama to act in whatever capacities are available to reverse this and similar actions by the City of Cleveland and where possible investigate and prosecute City of Cleveland officials.
Further, we call on the Executive Branch to challenge the constitutional legality of the statute under which this malicious prosecution and debt exist in the first place in order to put a permanent end to this special form of institutional insanity.
