We call upon President Obama to uphold his statement, "Jury has spoken" and not to continue the Department of Justice attack on George Zimmerman. On July 13th, 2013, Zimmerman was found not guilty and cleared of all charges by a jury of his peers. The DoJ announced the following day about weighing charges against Zimmerman in a continuing effort by the White House to play politics over a man's life. We also want the DoJ to stop its financial and organizational support of groups that are protesting against Zimmerman and the jury's ruling. The federal government has no right to hound an innocent citizen with such tactics as this violates his civil rights and human rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
