What does foreign aid do to help Americans? Foreign aid is a very small percentage of the budget ($56 billion give or take), but that money could be used to help people in AMERICA keep their jobs. We should worry about the problems we have here before we spend taxpayer money on aid that some Americans do not wish to pay. Let us choose if we want to send money to a country for aid, do not do it for us.
