The government should not send any money overseas when the citizens located within "Tornado Alley" are not properly protected from increasingly dangerous storms. Our government has an obligation to protect its citizens before providing aid to other countries. Every public school in "Tornado Alley" should be equipped with a storm shelter that the public can use in times of need.
