The execution of the Brazilian, Rodrigo Gularte, diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, clearly violates international law. The U.N. prohibits the use of the death penalty against those with mental disabilities. It is troubling that our tax payer monies are used to support such barbarism. We move that it should stop immediately.
