All amnesty movements in the past have overwhelmingly failed because the citizens of the United States want enforcement of federal immigration laws. Citizens of the United States understand and support their rights and sovereignty and support coming to the country through application, review and approval processes that maintain that the people that come to the US abide by all laws as set forth and established by our government and the people of the United States of America. Superior Court judges and zealous supporters of special interest groups, such as MALDEF, and La Raza should not be permitted to have a seat in congress or be given their role to uphold the constitution.
