Halt any use of "In the bible speeches" and to only allow logic in government.

Government is designed to help the people, and therefor should remove the ability to use the bible or any religion as a source for information. I do believe that religion should be practiced by those who believe in a higher being, but for those who do not this has become a handicap for our rights. For example Abortion, I would rather not state my concerns about abortion because it is not the problem I am discussing . I care about how the people are represented in this country and polls have shown that the population of atheists in america have increased over the years. Government should be a emotionless, bias-less institution. Of course people should have a voice, but having representatives who quote god more then facts is a large flaw.
