Halt the execution of U.S. citizens labeled "enemies" by the administration with no judicial or legislative oversight

The Obama administration has expanded and accelerated the use of policies to declare U.S. citizens as enemies of the state and then under such a label reserves the right to detain them indefinitely or to kill them, with absolutely no judicial or legislative overview. These policies have been used to detain U.S. citizens and to execute them using drone technologies. One of those executed was a U.S. citizen < 18 years old. Those targeted are given no opportunity to make a case as to why the administration's designation of them as an enemy is inaccurate. We saw first hand how many non-U.S. citizens imprisoned at Gitmo by Bush were mistakenly labeled as the enemy and have now been freed. Execution is final; mistakes will be made; the U.S. Constitution prohibits this kind of abuse of power.
