This entire country realizes the criminal financial industry has defrauded millions of homeowners, kicked 14 million families from their homes. These criminals havent stood trial, yet we watched as CEO after CEO lied under oath in Congressional hearings. They have sold securities that they betted on the other side were going to fail. They loaned money to people they knew wouldnt be able to pay back. Citigroup's own senior underwriter testified that by 2007, 80% of the loans didnt conform to their own standards. This industry has been bailed out by taxpayer funds, when it wouldve been less taxpayer funds to write down principals to market value.
We now call on the President to enact a NATIONWIDE FORECLOSURE MORATORIUM and prosecute these offenders before the statute of limitations runs out
