History has shown us that foreign aid often ends up in the hands of our enemies. To keep this from continuing to happen, I am proposing a petition to stop this.
Countries that are undergoing internal conflicts/wars, in a conflict/war with another country, violating human rights, and/or are not serving in the greater interest of the USA should not receive foreign aid. Countries with corrupt governments also should not receive foreign aid.
Cutting foreign aid spending to the aforementioned countries will also help to reduce the budget deficit.
