There are some good items in the ACA.. Pre existing conditions for instance. It does not address fraud or frivolous litigation. The premiums are much higher then originally stated and deductibles are bank breaking for families. Children should not be allowed to stay on the parents plan unless they are in school. Non working 18-26 year olds should be on ACA.
