Brunei and Indonesia are small but oil rich nations who can fund their own 'green' infrastructure if the want. We have seen how government support of these Green Projects have only resulted in multiple bankruptcies and the loss of billions of our dollars, unless you happen to be a top contributor to a major political party. We can hardly afford another wave of these boondoggle giveaways on an international scale with our fiscal house is crumbling.
