In recent years, many American families have had to reign in discretionary spending while operating under tighter budgets. We taxpayers expect government employees to do the same. As a reminder, the president works for the taxpayers, not the other way around. We'll be more than happy to fund the president's next vacation once he has balanced the budget and there is a surplus to fund these perks. Until that time, Mr. President, we ask that you fund your own vacations or do without.
And that doesn't mean create a new tax to fund your next family vacation...........
