Mr. President, please halt the planned US Navy's exercises, that are estimate by them to kill and main hundreds or thousands of dolphins and whales, some of them endangered, and potentially interrupt the migration and normal movement of up to millions of creatures. Given the lack of any credible submarine threat against the United States, this devastating impact on the most intelligent mammals in the oceans is entirely unjustified. Another way (or location) must be found to ensure Naval readiness.
