Halt the use of executive order to sidestep Congressional approval and our Constitutional law.

Created by D.J. on January 28, 2014

The Constitution was written in a manner that demands Congressional approval to change laws, approve budgets and spending and act on behalf of the American people. The use of executive order to sidestep this approval process is unconstitutional and illegal.

The normal excuses of obstructionism, inaction of Congress or the use of executive order by earlier Presidents are excuses that are illegitimate and will not be tolerated anymore.

It is time to demand that the President, whoever that President may be at the time, be held accountable to the law and Constitution and be forced to stop using executive orders to forward their own personal agenda.
