Halting votes from outside of the United States of America, citizen or not, unless active military.

A majority of citizens, having been spoken with agree, that overseas citizens, whom have been abroad for multiple years, should not be allowed to garner up the votes of other citizens that do not currently reside in the country. We find this to be a potentially corrupt action, with there be very little way to know how or from whom the votes came, and by what means they were acquired. To protect the dignity and honesty of this election, and all future elections, we propose a new measurement, asking that votes only be considered legitimate, If they were cast from citizens within the United States.
