All votes should be hand counted because there is too much voting fraud. Electronic voting machines and counting machines can be programmed to change votes to favor a certain candidate. If thousands of people in every state volunteered to count votes we would have more accurate counts and we would save money. Elections would be harder to rig if thousands of people got involved in the counting process.
