Because sentences for this type of crime are not tough enough. A man that will rape a nine month old baby should be hanged in front of any American that wants to see it. Until we stop allowing these kind of monsters to do things like this and get nothing more than cable TV, recreational time, games, free health insurance while in jail and free dental and all paid for by the American tax payer it will never end. we can not allow this to happen not even one more time.
