"Board Activity" Their truly needs to be hard lines drawn on Board directors crossing multiple industry's. It is a severe conflict of interest. In my research I have discovered price rigging in multiple industry's in order to manipulate profits. In order to come down hard on such activity transparency is key. Board of directors should be required to report all cross over member positions as well as their roles in the different industries. It is like a poker game and 1 of the players is not only dealing the hand but they are determining what is dealt to who and for how much! Until this has been resolved their will continue to be illicit conduct within the trading industry., For example a Board member on BP oil should not be on a regulatory environmental board.
