Harry Styles must follow me or else he can never come back to America

I've been trying to get a follow from Harry Styles on twitter for almost 4 years. My username is (snowishstyles) is this gets a certain amount of signatures and he does not follow me, he has to be deported back to the United Kingdom. He is no longer permitted on USA soil
