In the wake of the 2016 election : The people living in the United States have begun rioting , physically and mentally bullying other people that live in this country. All this, they justify in the name of politics. Humbly requesting Congress to implement a new law, without delay, that would impose the following : Anyone caught rioting and bullying in the name of politics face a felony charge. This should be punishable by NO LESS than one year jail time AND $10,000 fine to be paid after time served AND full responsibility of that individual to assume debt for all damage caused PLUS medical bills (to include optical, dental and emotional) obtained from the victim/victims of such crimes during the perpetrators act. This kind of behavior has to STOP!!
