Harsher Punishment For Crimes Against Children

Created by N.B. on February 22, 2014

Children are our FUTURE....There are many crimes being committed against children these days and the punishments do not seem harsh enough for ruining a child's life.
If there is undisputable evidence, or an offender pleads guilty that a child has been harmed sexually, there should be a stricter harsher punishment. As of now it is up to the state to deliver sentencing to offenders, and in which many cases sex offenders recieve less than 10 years for destroying a child's life.
An offender should recieve no less than 25 years to life with no chance of early parole and/or up to death penalty.
