Harshly punish William Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, and other guilty members of the domestic terrorist group "the weathermen"

To this day, the domestic terrorist group known as "the weathermen" and also known as "weather underground" openly expresses opposition to the Federal Government of the United States of America. Bombing the United States capitol building and the pentagon, "the weathermen" claims they were doing so in protest of certain military actions in Southeast Asia. They incite riots and attemtp to build a movement which declares war against the United States. The activities of "the weathermen" cause deaths, property destruction, and enemy - benefitting distraction in a time of war. "Guilty as hell, free as a bird" is how William Ayers openly describes himself.
Currently, all American citizens are being scrutinized. "The weathermen" should be detained and interrogated for security reason.
