Hate Speech
Add these elements as illegal hate speech.
1. Hitler, Nazi. If a person refers to another person as Hitler or as a Nazi; or directly or indirectly implies that another person is like Hitler or a Nazi that should be presumed to be hate speech, unless it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to be true.
2. Homophobic, Sexist, or Racist. If a person refers to another person as Homophobic, Sexist or Racist; or directly or indirectly implies that another person is Homophobic, Sexist or Racist, that should be presumed to be hate speech, unless it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to be true.
