The 2016 Presidential elections had elements that may or may not have been legal. Interference by national leaders, international organizations and perhaps by international rogue groups may have unduly influenced the outcome. We also are concerned that groups within the US may have altered the electronic results to allow a candidate to win or lose. We ask Congress and the White House to study the both secret and public information and certify that there were no outside influences in this election.
