The 23 year old math teacher at Overland High School in Aurora, Colorado who is in hot water with Cherry Creek School District officials for tweeting racy photos of herself and posting about drug use and is now on paid leave but some of her students, fans, and fellow teachers are standing by her and support her right to free speech and do not believe she should be fired.
Everything McKinney did was well within her rights and has not broken a SINGLE law. Marijuana is legal in the state of Colorado and she did not have it on school grounds, this is an excuse they used to have her on paid leave.
