To have 24 randomly selected men or women convicted of murder to be put in an arena to fight (hunger games).

People who have murdered others should be able to feel the fear that they put upon theit victim. That is why we should have the HUNGER GAMES. Every year we gather the prisoners convicted of murder and randomly select 12 women and 12 men. They shall have an opportunity to live in a nice place and train with others before the games. After 2 weeks of training they are put into an arena where they fight to the death. The winner will be put into a winners district where they will be isolated but still live in luxury
