have the 24th of december off for federal employees.

i am a federal employee and i would like to have the 24th of december off,also i am comming out with a book and i would like president oboma to pass a bill for foster kids after graduation from high school the bill would allow foster kids to have and additional living expense so they could figured out what they want to do in life,either go two college or get a job,but have juniors and seniors in college on work study help them with there resume or apply for college. pay for there rent and allow them to qualify for food stamps thats the best w can do.
