We feel that redistricting is done after the census. The states received their results after the census and waited till the election results were analyzed to decide where to draw the lines. Gerrymandering is where voting districts are changed to give one party advantage over another. It is not fair because one party lost an election to change the rules so they can always win. This is unfair and another way of suppressing votes.
