Under 21 U.S. CODE § 811 - AUTHORITY AND CRITERIA FOR CLASSIFICATION OF SUBSTANCES listed in Section (a) Rules and regulations of Attorney General; hearing, subsection 3, I act as "any interested party".
I hearby request that the Administration, and AG Eric Holder acknowledge the numerous recent studies regarding the use and effects and or treatments utilizing Marijuana and to review the current policies and scheduling of marijuana as a Class 1 drug.
In studies both in the US and abroad, new information has shown that the misinformation spread by previous Administrations was indeed false, and misrepresented to the citizens of the United States.
It has shown to not instill violence or be heavily addicting.
