have the age limit for becoming president be represented by intelligence (through a test), not age

Created by A.A. on February 20, 2014

Many young adults have a higher intelligence capacity than older United States citizens, and although the majority of 18-24 year olds don't have as much experience and wisdom in juxtaposition to elder Americans, some do. I believe that age should not be a barrier for the precedency, but intelligence should. Through a series of questions about U.S. history, government, and todays issues on a government website or through a test would serve as a way to measure the intellect and ability to become president.
