All pending legislation, executive actions, nominations, and any other matter before the House or Senate as proposed by the Executive Branch should be considered non-actionable in light of the gross abuse of powers put forth by members of the current Executive Branch; and therefore should summarily be postponed until one hour after the inauguration of the rightful President Elect, Donald Trump. In particular the nomination of any and all Supreme Court and Judicial candidates should be null-and void as not qualified or desirable to the standards required of a Judicial official.
