Every politicians takes an oath of office which states that they will protect and defend the whole constitution of the United States. Not just parts of it. If they try to violate the constitution that they swore to uphold they should be removed from office immediately. Shall never be allowed to hold an office again plus have any benefits of the office revoked ie. Medical, Retirement and any other benefits unknown to the general public.
