All positions pertaining to government will be required a drug test upon job application and hire date. This includes when a candidate is running for any position at any branch of government. They date they start their campaign and the day before the inauguration they will have to take a test. Upon failure a resignation will be required. If in the Legislative branch, they will be subject to no less than three (3) random drug tests throughout the year and no more than twelve (12). Each additional test beyond the third would be a majority vote of the taxpayers the politician represents.
This Law would take effect immediately. Testing will be done on the day this is signed.
Drugs tested for are all drugs that are currently seen as illicit by the state level of which they reside/represen
